APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR INTERNATIONAL CANDIDATES TO GRADUATE PROGRAMS AT UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH SCIENCES 

To apply the University Health Sciences graduate programs as an international student you need to complete all documents. Our Master and Ph.D. programs are very selective in their admission criteria. Therefore, programs may require different criteria. A graduate applicant who has already completed and obtained his/her first-level university degree (undergraduate degree) and wishes to pursue his/her education beyond that level in M.Sc., Ph.D.,  

Ph.D. candidates should provide both their Bachelor’s and Master’s (or any other related degree such as M.Phil.), and M.Sc. candidates should provide both their B.Sc. and High School Diploma (or any other related degree such as M.B.B.S.) along with the complete transcript of all records for all degrees 

 Language Proficiency Exam Certificate:   Foreign Language Placement Exam (YDS) score from one of the English, French and German languages.  

It is also accepted an equivalent exam score given in the link taken in the last 2 years.

The minimum English exam score for an M.Sc. application is 50, the Ph.D. application is 55. 

Undergraduate and Graduate (if available) Diploma: For graduates of universities in foreign countries, the equivalency document from the Turkish Council of Higher Education is required. 

The applicants who have not yet graduated during the application period must have graduated before they can register for the programs. 

Turkish Proficiency Certificate: C1 level certificate is accepted to indicate that they have passed the Turkish exam in the relevant Institution.

- Yunus Emre Institution  

- Diploma that is given by a University in Türkiye. 

Transcript: Official transcripts from all completed undergraduate and graduate degree programs, showing courses taken, grades obtained, and Grade Point Average (GPA) issued by an accredited higher education institution.  

They should include the grading system of the institution and include a certified English translation if not originally in English. Certification can be done by a notary.
