Program Preference Application Announcement Regarding Selection and Placement Procedures for Foreign Students Based on TR-YÖS Exam Results in the 2025-2026 Academic Year...
• According to the TR-YÖS Exam results, the preference application for the programs of our University's academic programs in the 2025-2026 Academic Year will be made via the online application system address, http://basvuru.sbu.edu.tr between the dates of June 12 and July 6, 2025.
• TR-YÖS Exam Result Documents that are valid for 2 years as of the application date will be accepted.
• Once the preferred programs and rankings are made and entered into the application system, it is necessary to click on the "SAVE MY PREFERENCE/CHOICE" and "CONFIRM MY PREFERENCE/CHOICE" tabs. Otherwise, candidates' preferences are not processed by the application system.
• Registration of candidate students who are placed in the programs of academic units according to the first preference application results will be made between September 01 and 05, 2025.
• Candidates who do not complete the registration process within the specified times lose their registration rights.
• According to the result of the first-choice process, the candidates who have the right to be placed in the programs of our university's academic units, but who do not enroll voluntarily will not be given the right to choose a second time.
• The vacant quotas after the first placement process will be announced on September 08, 2025.
• Candidates who do not gain the right to enroll in any program as a result of the first placement will make additional preferences between September 09 and 11, 2025.
• The candidates who are entitled to be placed in the programs according to the result of additional placements will make their final registration between September, 16 and 17, 2025.
• The registration procedures of candidate students who have the right to register for the academic programs within the Gülhane Complex (Külliyesi) will be carried out by the student affairs of the academic units in which they are entitled to be placed.

• The registration procedures of the candidate students who have the right to register for the academic programs within Hamidiye Complex (Külliyesi) will be carried out on the ground floor of Block L of the Hamidiye Complex of the University of Health Sciences.

• Students who have gained the right to enroll in 30% English Program (International Faculty of Medicine) or Turkish Programs and will take the English Proficiency and Turkish Proficiency Exam will apply to the student affairs office of the academic unit they are registered in between September 15 and 19, 2025.
• The exam entrance places for those who will take the English Proficiency Exam for students who have the right to register to 30% English Program (International Faculty of Medicine) and the Turkish Proficiency Exam for Foreign Students will be announced on September 22, 2025.
• English Proficiency Exam (İYS) for the students who are placed in 30% English Program (International Faculty of Medicine) will be held on September 24, 2025 at 10:00.
• Turkish Proficiency Exam (TYS) will be held on September 25, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.
• The English Proficiency Exam results for the students who are placed in 30% English Program (International Faculty of Medicine) will be announced on September 26, 2025.
• Turkish Proficiency Exam (TYS) results (for the students within the scope of TR-YÖS) will be announced on September 26, 2025.
• Course registrations will be made between September 22 and 26, 2025.
