University of Health Sciences Technology Development Zone was established with the establishment decision in the Official Gazette dated 23 March 2018 and numbered 30369. We have an area of ​​55,742.88 m² as University of Health Sciences Technology Development Zone Health Technocity in Pendik District of Istanbul Province.
University of Health Sciences Technology Development Zone "Sağlık Teknokenti A.Ş." as; It is aimed that organizations that want to engage in Health Software, Domestic Medicine Production, Medical Design and Patent Works and Traditional Medicine Studies will be included in our organization in the future.

It is envisaged to provide a place for 300 companies in the University of Health Sciences Technology Development Zone, Health Technopolis, and minimum 50 of these 300 companies will be large-scale and the others will be small and medium-sized. It is aimed to employ 750 companies and 7500 persons in our technopark within the scope of 2023 targets.

Currently, we are working with 14 persons as the Managing Company in our region. In addition, there are 23 R&D companies in our container city campus and 67 company persons continue their work.

The A-Block Administrative and Incubation Building, which is planned to open in the first week of October 2020, has come to an end, and with the completion of our building, our region, which will have a closed area of ​​7300 m2 and a leasable area of ​​5500 m2, is aimed to increase the growth rate with this development.
